Shipping/order questions:

We use a fulfilment partner to print/ship orders. You should receive an email which contains your unique tracking number/link. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us using the contact form below :) 

COVID 19 Delays:

Unfortunately due to lockdowns and staffing issues in the postage industry, delays with shipping are occurring. Orders are arriving on average anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks. Some orders may arrive after the expected date outlined on the tracking email. If you have any questions about your orders shipping progress, please email us on the below contact form. We thank you for your patience, all orders WILL arrive, and are being actively tracked by our fulfilment service. 

As orders can arrive anywhere between 2-4 weeks from the shipment date, all orders after the 7th of Nov are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Due to delays from Covid-19 and accumulating Christmas orders during this time, delays are expected to take place. We thank you for your patience, our shipping partners are doing their best to ship orders as quickly as possible during this busy time of year.
